This is the flight information for the Hong Kong trip. Sorry i got the timings wrong for the departure this evening....

Time: 0830 hrs

Arrival time in HK: 1215 hrs

Time: 1525 hrs

Arrival time in Singapore: 1920 hrs

Please inform your parents about the timings and the flight no. As mentioned today, we will organise a HK Trip briefing for your parents in due time.

Students who had not submitted the cheque or the passport information please do so by Friday so that we can settle the finance admin. We are chasing you as other people are chasing us. Please coorperate.

Remember that this Friday's practice is at 0930 hrs to 1230 hrs in LT1. Bring your scores and a pencil! You have to start to be serious as you are now preparing for SYF 2011. The committee had thought of a system to punish members who are late and i will let them inform you in due time as well.

SEC 4 CHOIR MEMBERS SEE HERE!!

Hi,

As mentioned in the sms, Mr Soon is requesting for your help in the grand finale of the Graduation Ceremony tmr evening.

This year's graduation song is 'If we hold on together' by Diana Ross (Theme song for Land before Time)

We need you to join the class chairpersons on stage tmr evening at the end of the ceremony to sing along to the mp3 of the song. You guys will be stationed in front as you have better singing voices than the rest. All you need to do is just to sing along to the track. There will be lyrics provided for you so you do not need to memorise the song.

There will be a dry run at 4.30pm tmr at the Audi so please be there. We will run through the whole ceremony at that time as well.

This will be your farewell performance in CCHMS so enjoy yourself!!

I'll see you at the grand audi at 4.30pm tmr.

Try to visualise the gown in the 2nd picture with the sash in the 1st.
This is the design that Mr Low had suggested. Any objections please voice out to Ms Chong asap. Please provide alternatives before making any objections.

Mr Low wants a modern and professional image for the choir thus the black ensemble.

The choir is currently conducted by Mr Terrence Toh and we've recently held a sold-out concert at the Victoria Concert Hall in May in which we had also presented a Broadway adaptation of Beauty and the Beast. The choir has just returned from Olomouc, Czech Republic for the Festival of Songs 2010, which is our first trip out of Asia ever since our formation and we're proud to have attained a Gold and a Silver in the categories Folklore A Capella for Youth and Adult Choirs and Youth Choirs up to 19 years of age (SATB) respectively.

Choir Camp 2010 Info

Dear Choir

Some of you have not received the info sheet (containing the schedule, packing list etc) for the upcoming choir camp, so I am uploading the info here below.

For those of you who are unable to attend the camp fully or partially due to official reasons (school functions, MOE courses, hospital appointment) are to inform your SLs as well as myself ASAP. Those who cannot attend the camp for non-official reasons will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must look for me (Mr Loh) for exemption from the camp.

The two practice sessions held by Mr Low (The conductor) will be counted as part of the 95% attendance criteria.

Those who still haven't submitted their consent forms and money must do so by Wednesday 17/03 (Day 1 of the camp)

Good job on the performance today! I am sure you all felt satisfied and 'shiok' putting off this Huayi performance. However, don't slack off and deteriorate.

Also, we must thank all the teachers (Mr Loh, Ms Chong, Mr Ek) and conductors (Ms Yin, Mr Poh, Mr Low) for helping us in all sorts of ways, be it admin matters or music stuff.

This is only for the girls. There's additional information on the attire for the Huayi performance so please note!

Girls: red long-sleeve blouse (three-quarter sleeves or normal sleeves are fine). Absolutely no sleeveless and t-shirts and jeans. In short, just no casual wear.

Remember to memorise your CNY songs and practice your Huayi songs too! You all must wow the crowds on Friday!!!

Girls - smart red shirt with sleeves, black trousers and black court shoes.

Boys - white long sleeve shirt, black trousers, black shoes and school tie.
